This can be made with any of our curry kits but our favourites are:
Ingredients:
2 Slices of bread (let's be real white bread works the best for a jaffle)
Leftover Curry Traders Curry
Cheese (Depending on which Curry Traders Curry Kit you are using will change which cheese tastes best. For chicken/ fish curries try a mozzarella for that oozy goodness, but for beef/lamb curries tasty works well with that bold flavour)
Butter
Optional:
Any kind of chutney (usually a sweet one or our coriander one!)
Method:
1. Turn on your jaffle maker to heat up
2. Butter both sides of your bread
3. Add your cold curry to the centre of one of the slides of bread. Make sure the curry is cold so you can squeeze as much sauce in the jaffle without it going everywhere. Ensure to add a few peices of your protein too!
4. Add cheese of your choice (go nuts, it's so good!)
5. Add the extra slice of bread on top and put it into your jaffle machine until crispy and hot!
6. Enjoy with a side of chutney to dip your cheesy goodness into!
This recipe goes perfectly with anything, a coffee for breakfast, a quick lunch on the go or a tasty dinner served with an iced cold beer!
