The Jalfrezi Twist

Jalfrezzi with a Summer Twist
Try something different this summer, by adding a little extra refreshers into your Curry Traders. Try this simple recipe:
- 1 Curry Traders Jalfrezi replacing chicken with lentils and quinoa
- 3 big handful Baby kale
- 2 Carrots sliced
- 1 cup tinned lentils
- 1 cup quinoa
- 1 Red Capsicum sliced
- 1 Lime
- 1 Mango sliced
- 1 Red Chilli sliced
- 2 tblsp Fish Sauce
- 1/4 cup Coriander + basil
Follow the recipe on Curry Traders Jalfrezzi packet. Instead of cooking with chicken add your cup of lentils and quinoa.
Add carrots and capsicum.
Simmer until cooked. Fold through kale, add fish sauce to taste.
Serve in a bowl, place mango and chilli on top.
Squeeze lime to taste.
Garnish with wedge of lime, coriander and basil.
